The estate extends over 30 hectares of land, cultivated since the fifteenth century and the Villa della Tenuta dates back to the second half of the eighteenth century. In the early 1900s it became the manor house of the family farm and today, after careful restoration, it is a prestigious location for events.
Surrounded by a centuries-old park, the villa welcomes the visitor with magnificent trees and the Fountain of the Water Lilies, then upon entering the Villa there is an annex and 2 halls of about 500 square meters that overlook a terrace of over 300 square meters.
The view is suggestive of Tivoli and the Tiburtini Mountains, as well as the large internal courtyard. With centuries of history and stories behind it, the Estate is today a versatile structure, suitable for hosting prestigious events, conventions and weddings.
