A small exclusive dinner in the center of Rome is a high-quality event (location, set-up, menu, service…) with a slightly rarefied atmosphere of confidentiality and discretion. It is an elastic concept if treated in theory, but it takes on a precise meaning in the organization and execution of the event.
Our precise sensitivity on the subject is born precisely from experience in the field, gained over decades of exclusive dinners. Recently we were called to organize one in the splendid location of Palazzo Ferrajoli, an authentic vintage wedding favor in Piazza Colonna. We are in the capital’s beating heart crossed by the Via del Corso which connects Piazza Venezia to Piazza del Popolo.
The customer needs to organize an elegant evening for a small group of personalities, including many scientists whom he intends to gratify. Combining the convivial occasion with the opportunity for less formal contacts to take place between them compared to the classic “official” work meetings. Exclusive events can arise in many different contexts, where business is combined with institutional representation and public relations.
Palazzo Ferrajoli has a history of residence lived by noble families, high civil and religious offices, and diplomats. The sixteenth-century Renaissance style typical of the time of its construction is still found in the architecture and furnishings.
Our dinner opens with a buffet of appetizers set up in the “Last room”, the one with the coffered ceiling and dominated by shades of blue. The following courses are served at the table in the adjacent “Pio IX” room by the staff who wear the white Korean style jacket for the occasion.
Our very accurate mise en place is in full harmony with the style location’s style and dominant colors that characterize it. The guests are foreigners, from far Northern Europe, and they appreciate our Italian menu with flavors that are original to them, far from their customs.
Also because we discreetly made sure in advance that our proposal would be to their liking. The combination with regional wines of character enriched the menu of typical dishes served. An exclusive mini dinner tailored to the satisfaction of the customer and his guests.
In the past, we have already experimented in this location with different room solutions for different numbers of participants and with other needs. Palazzo Ferrajoli has various other rooms available for gala lunches and dinners and other exclusive events.
Just as we have many other locations of all kinds to propose for each type of event in which we are called to intervene. Always with the firm intention of interpreting the client’s wishes and the spirit of the places.
